Be sure to tour this historic baseball museum while visiting Louisville. The Hillerich & Bradsby Company complex includes a 120-foot, 68,000-pound bat at the entrance. A 24,000-square-foot museum contains interactive displays, exhibits and a film highlighting the history of the company and baseball's greatest hitters.
Museum guests conclude their visit with a tour of the factory where the famous Louisville Slugger bats, originating back to 1884, are still made today.

Established in 1927, the Speed Art Museum is Kentucky's oldest and largest art museum, containing over 12,000 pieces spanning 6,000 years. The collection includes works from Egyptian times up to contemporary art. Rembrandt, Picasso, Monet, Rubens and Moore are some of the featured artists. There are also modern American, African and Native American artists represented.
The New Art Learning Center offers computers, video and other hands-on activities for children. Enjoy a snack at Café Bristol or browse in the Museum Shop.
