Originally the apartment of Seelbach-owner Otto Seelbach, the Seelbach Suite dates back to 1905, and is one of our most coveted accommodations.
Recently renovated in 2000, the Seelbach Suite offers 500 square feet of space and includes a parlor, a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and a connecting bathroom.
Step inside the Seelbach Suite's breathtaking parlor. A carved-oak fireplace, with its original tile and slate hearth, welcomes you into the room. The walls are flanked with honey-oak panels, and the original wood still lines the floor. Nine-foot bookcases, a cathedral ceiling and ornate, stained-glass windows add to the Suite's unique appeal.
A plush Chippendale camelback sofa and two sitting chairs, handsomely upholstered in gold and blue, are yours to relax on.
When you're ready to turn in for the day, our warm and comfortable four-poster, rice-carved, queen bed will lull you to sleep.
And, our Seelbach Suite offers you the ultimate indulgence -- a soak in our recently restored, luxurious, marble-appointed bath. Bathroom amenities and a hair dryer are additional conveniences provided in the Seelbach Suite bathroom.
